Good for pull-ups, rock holds aren't good

It has taken me a while to write a review because my muscles are now so huge that I can barely work the keyboard. I've been typing about 1-2 letters per day since I received this product. I have rock climbed seriously for 12+ years and wanted something with at least a few holds and multiple hand positions. This has two holds on it, but the way it they are located makes them extremely uncomfortable to use - your fingers get wedged into the metal behind them and for some reason this is extremely uncomfortable to me - and I'm used to crimping on rock faces, hitting campus boards, etc. The holds should be bigger (or at least redesigned so they don't make your fingers tips squish against the metal like they do now) and it would be nice if they offered a few more positions (why not make it run along the front like a mini hangboard). It's not a bad product - it's great for pull-ups, but don't expect it to replace rock gym training with the rock holds.
