Perfect Bar best in my review

This bar is going to do exactly what you want. It is amazing for doing push ups in varying hand positions with perfect form. Remember, better form with fewer reps will beget better results than poor form with more reps. And this bar also stops the awful wrist pains that come from doing push ups with your hands flat on the ground. I do 100 push ups every other day, and before the bar my wrist would begin to ache and it would last an hour or so following the routine. But now after utilizing this bar I have yet to have pain or aches in my wrists again.It also has great versitility for pull ups. It has three standard pull up variations, but you can also mix them up and there are in reality 6 (standard, reverse, military, wide-arm, wide-arm reverse, and mixed) possible variations. Each variation works different muscle groups. Just google "different pull up positions" and you'll see what I'm referencing. Great for building grip strength, forearms, biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. And different variations concentrate on different muscles.The door frame I use in my apartment is situatuated in a position that does not allow me utilize the sit up position. I just use my dress to stabalize my feet. I assume judging my experience with this bar that the sit up utilization should work fine. I also use this for dips. Real dips use your entire body weight, but to correct for this do as many reps as possible.One point of clearificiation for anyone reading this. Using this machine you will see strength increases, muscle endurance increases, and tone. But you will not see the same results that weight training provides. Weight training will always produce greater results because of the fact that you're not limited to utilizing solely your body weight. However, few of us looking for pull up bars are probably looking to or expecting to become the Hulk. If you want a product that will make you stronger and tone, with the convinence of staying at home, then definitely purchase this and stick to a routine. If you want to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, then head to the gym.Finally, I gave this 4/5 stars because the metal has bent a little. It isn't much, but it is noticeable. I was 230 lbs when I began using this about 5 months ago, and it stated that the max weight was 250 lbs. But it still bent a little, so it isn't exactly made to push the limits of probably higher than 215 lbs. I still works perfect though, so the bending wasn't severe enough to effect the quality. If you're around 220-250 lbs, then I would get a bar that states that it holds up to 300 lbs.
