Don't be fooled - Not for bikes!

Looks like a very good product, should be almost double for the industrial chain. The photos led me to believe this is for a bike chain. Inexpensive and plentiful, but when you have a chain this size.

Sturdy and easy to install.

Last winter while using my snow thrower, I found some rocks I didn't want and broke my snow thrower's drive chain as a result. I could buy a replacement from the dealer for $50 or have it made with Koch parts. I decided to take the last option. Since then I have had no more problems with my drive chain and still have spares should the need arise. These roller chain connecting links are very easy to use and very durable. Get some of these! If you have a #40 chain, it's only a matter of time…

Simple, Effective, Reasonably Priced

These four sets were cheaper than a chain link from many other sources. I used this in conjunction with General #40 stainless steel roller chain for a driveway gate. The stainless steel roller chain was good too, but only came with one connecting link per 10ft chain pack. As you can easily see in a thought experiment or in practice, roller chains usually need to be attached to both ends of the gate to work properly.
