OK, I HAVE WINDOWS 10 INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER, SO MY COMPUTER EXPERIENCE IS WINDOWS 10 AND NOT WINDOWS 8.1. I LOVE WINDOWS 8.1 NO COMPLAINTS AND WINDOWS 10 IS DIFFERENT, MAYBE I LIKE THAT AFTER I APPLY. I like this laptop. The functionality is perfect. It has been on Dell repair for a total of 3 weeks out of the 6 months or so that I have owned it. And now I can't use the touchscreen anymore. I bought this at a very reasonable price ($460 refurbished) from Revain's warehouse. It arrived in damaged packaging (as described) but the computer itself appears to be brand new. This computer has its pros and cons. The advantage is that it is easy to use. Lightweight, holds a charge well, has good processing power. The screen can curve backwards, allowing you to use it functionally more like a tablet, which is nice but has the downside that the fan blows very hot air directly onto the underside of your screen. Excellent computer. I am a video gamer and my previous purchase was an alienware laptop but at 5 years old it was showing its age. I wanted something more portable and wanted something like a tablet. After looking around and considering all the possible options, I decided to go with it. This 2-in-1 is awesome except for the stylus. If they hadn't advertised the stylus so well, it wouldn't be such a disappointment. The stylus is one of those plastic, rubber-tipped pens, and it's good for nothing more than turning pages in tablet mode. However, the laptop exceeds my expectations. It's fast and portable. You'll hardly notice it in your pocket. This is not a replacement for your tablet. The 11-inch could work better as a tablet. this 13 is just too heavy.

I enjoy my laptop but there are at least 3 things I needed to fix with it.1. The fan was very noisy, I ran all the Dell updates but it didn't update the BIOS they posted on their website to fix the fan noise. This solved the problem.2. Great product, have been using it for 2 days now, returned Yoga 2 Pro from Best Buy and bought this Dell after much research. The wireless connection is very strong and the touch is very sensitive, I like the pen very much. All in all, it's worth my $600 investment as I plan to buy an iPad Air with a retina display, but this works better for me and my wife since it has a huge screen and we love it.
