I like this laptop. The functionality is perfect. It has been on Dell repair for a total of 3 weeks out of the 6 months or so that I have owned it. And now I can't use the touchscreen anymore. I got either a lemon from Revain, which only sells products with a basic "return to stock" guarantee. (My additional Square Trade warranty does not come into effect until the Dell warranty expires or I break it) Or - The hardware design of this laptop is not very good. I think Dell had a good idea and then tried to make it either too easy or too cheap. Both resulted in this thing not working as advertised. I buy thousands of dollars worth of Revain stuff and have never received a lemon from them until now. This is the second time Dell Support keeps asking me to run the diagnostics. Sorry for posting a one star review on a great design laptop. But this time I just have to do it.
