Great experience dealing directly w/Alchemys staff

I have been working within this team since it started in 2016 as an intern when they were just starting out their operations from India to support them locally at that time (which was really awesome). The project manager who introduced me then has now moved onto another role there so he recommended someone else but not sure if she had any bad experiences or what her thoughts are about all of us? Great Customer Service & Excellent Work

The Alchemy team are very professional and have always been helpful when it comes to helping us out with our campaigns. Their support has always exceeded expectations and I've found them to be one of the best agencies we use in terms of customer service! Nothing really as such but they do great work so that's all you need from an agency! Good customer experience and excellent support

I’d say that our biggest challenge in terms of communication has been around ensuring everyone can have quick access to any other department (notably HR/Payroll). For example we are having meetings once or twice during each quarter but this doesn't happen often enough as it could mean people aren;t aware if they're going long periods without updates so there's not really much feedback from colleagues - which means morale suffers when things go quiet!!
