Easy and affordable solution with tons of features
The tool allows us to create professional email campaigns that are easy to follow up on. It's also relatively cheap for our budget compared to other similar tools available out there. I wish it had more templates as we have limited options when it comes to design elements. We only use this platform to send emails but so far haven't found any problems or issues using this software. The benefits include being able to easily create professional looking newsletters from scratch without having to spend money hiring professionals to do so.

- Great customer service
- Ability get customers back into your inbox even if they didn’t unsubscribe.
- Can customize colors, photos etc..to match brand identity in order increase open rates with users who received an eblast already once before!
Cons
- Limitations around template availability.
- Not all features can be set through HubSpot admin panel
- Some limits about what you want/need within HTML code
