I absolutely love the style of these boots! I bought them to have something stylish to wear while riding with my boyfriend on his motorcycle, and I am glad I made the choice to get them. I followed what others suggested about ordering a half size larger than what I would normally wear, and now I see why they suggested it. The boots have a narrow feel to them that if I had ordered my normal size, they would probably feel too snug, however, because I ordered a half size larger than what I typically wear, they're a little bigger than normal in the toes. I chose to keep them anyways because they're really cute, and I can deal with a little extra toe room. Additionally, you can make the calf area as snug or as loose as you want with the laces, which doesn't usually happen with boots that zip up. I like this feature because I can get the boots loose enough to fit over my jeans while riding or tight enough for my legs if I wear them with shorts or a dress. Finally, other had commented in a negative light about the side zipper.as for me, I personally would have loved to see the design where the zipper were on the inside of the leg simply because I will be keeping my license and credit card in it, but other than that, it's a terrific feature! Both of my zippers work well; I can zip them up and down without a problem, but they're not so loose that they will unzip on their own. All in all, I would most likely order these again.
