I like that they are so willing to go above and beyond in any way possible. They will find ways of solving problems you didn't even know were there! If you have never used them before, it is worth checking out. We've been using CSV since we opened our clinic over 4 years ago and have not looked back. The staff has always done an excellent job with clients and the team at CSV does nothing but make things better! There isn't anything really bad about this program other than perhaps their pricing structure could be more competitive (but honestly, as long as your business model allows it, then don't worry!). It's great having someone who can provide support when needed and also take care of day-to-day operations without taking all hands off the wheel.
