The customer service is excellent, they are always willing to help! There's no better place for vet techs in my opinion!! They have been very helpful when it comes time getting our new computer set up or troubleshooting issues that we may be having at work (which isn't often). I wish there was more training available as far back end programming goes but other than this everything has gone well so far. The best feature is that it will help us to connect all our devices at one place so we can easily access them remotely which saves time, money & energy! It's not bad but sometimes when I'm trying something new or if my internet connection drops out for some reason then this program slows down as well because its very slow compared what other programs are like (like dropbox).
