The ability to communicate with clients in an easy manner so they understand what is going on. Also I like that we have been able to use this software along side of our other programs (like eClinicalWorks). It has made it easier to keep track of all appointments, medications, etc. This program can be used by many different departments within your veterinary clinic. Sometimes when you are speaking with someone from another department or office there are times where things get lost in translation. I would recommend using communication solutions as much as possible! We are solving problems such as how do we make sure patients are getting their medication at correct time intervals? How do we easily send reminders about patient visits/medication changes?

- Provides information needed between multiple systems which helps reduce double entries.
- Can export data into excel
- Allows access through web browser without having internet connection
