The team of Lenati is very professional. They understand the business and have a clear vision. They are very good at communicating. I have not found anything I dislike. The only thing I can say is that they are very good at what they do. I have worked with them for a year and they have done a great job. I highly recommend them. They have done a great job with our online community. They have created a great platform for our community. They have done a great job with our email marketing. They have done a great job with our social media marketing. They have done a great job with our website.

- Great customer service
- Professional attitude from all staff members.
- Very knowledgeable about their field, including technology platforms like WordPress or PHPBB3 etc..etc
- Good communicator between us both in English language as well Spanish one (me)
- Available to help whenever required/asked by me without any hesitation even if it's late hours when i call back home just because we had some issues which needed immediate attention! :)
