I like that it's easy enough for my team of students, but also complex so we can understand how our processes are working well or not as much. It is simple software with many options which makes getting results difficult at times when there isn't an option available yet! Easy integration with other applications, good support for different languages (English or Spanish), very functional tool that allows me as an user of this product I can do my analysis without problems even if it is not so easy like some others softwares such us SAS etc.. The ease of use, functionality for both our clients as well as partners is great! It's easy enough to navigate through all aspects with no training required at least initially within my experience (we've had some initial trainings but that was it). I like that it is easy to use, and very intuitive. The interface is simple and straight forward. It also has some great features such as the ability to export to Excel and CSV files. There are some minor bugs with the program which are easily fixed. However this does not detract from its overall functionality.
