this does help increase my flexion & mobility

I first tried a sample for my knee -was FANTASTIC !, I could stand straight /no irritation/stayed where put-even under clothing/lasted 6 days ; impressed me enough to buy two rolls, 10 m & 35 m. That was a mistake, these itch like crazy /knees are scabbed as if I fell/ the adhesive quality is not the same, 3 days at the most . Despite all, i'll put up with it because, never have I had such a levels of, drug free pain relief, mobility, & freedom to say'let me get this for you" and actually…

Pros
  • I have used strength tape for a few years now. It helps support and reduce the pain of my knees.
Cons
  • This tape doesn’t cut well, or stick great. Next time I’ll splurge for the name brand stuff.

Problematic for my opinion

I'm suspicious that this is the real stuff. It peels off almost instantly because the adhesive isn't right. The edges also fray. I've been using the small rolls of Strength Tape for about a year, and there is no comparison.

Pros
  • This lasts the best of any kinesiology tape I've tried and does not irritate many people.
Cons
  • May not be covered by health insurance

Good Product: my feedback

This is a good product for wrapping a bad knee. I have also used it to wrap foot for stress fracture. Recommend! That's my review!

Pros
  • Excellent tape! Works well and stays stuck!
Cons
  • It doesn't stay during the workout!!!

Great Adhesion: my feedback

I've tried 3 different kinesio tapes. This one works very well, sticks well, is easy to cut and use and is affordable. I use the tape for tennis. Go to YouTube to see how clinicians apply tape to various body areas (knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle). The tape sticks for 4 days even after multiple showers. I highly recommend this tape.

Pros
  • love it
Cons
  • This tape does not stay stuck to your skin.

Could stick a bit better

Adhesive is the only reason i didn’t give it a 5 star. It doesn’t stick well during any kind of light work out or bending. My PT tape she has will stick during a hurricane! But other than that. It is what it is.

Pros
  • Ideal for athletes and weekend warriors alike to reduce muscle pain and potential injury
Cons
  • May not be advisable for children or teenagers without medical supervision

Ordered several times.

Hold tight wonderfully. Stretches and turnes in any direction you want. Learned differently application from my physical therapist.

Pros
  • ‎Royal Blue
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for extended periods of wear

Weaker than other brands

I’ve used many different brands, and they’re usually all the same, but I purchased this brand because I could get such a large quantity. It really doesn’t stick well and it is thinner. That’s not to say it doesn’t work or help your pain, it does, but it really doesn’t stay on more than a few hours before it’s pulling off.

Pros
  • Made with high-quality materials for durability and long-lasting use
Cons
  • May not be as effective for older people or those with weakened muscles or bones

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Good for 1 day for my opinion

It lasts for a day at most. It will NOT last through a shower, tends to pick up at the edges under clothing. I bought I for the color, but am going through the roll rapidly. Other tapes last through 4 or 5 daily showers.

Pros
  • ‎8 x 6 x 3 inches
Cons
  • May not work well in extreme temperatures

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Weak adhesion best in my review

The adhesion becomes problematic when you sweat, even adhering to itself or the skin and after rubbing it after applied to increase adhesiveness. Disappointing

Pros
  • This stuff is best
Cons
  • Can leave residue on skin after removal

I had bought it last year and since I do .

I had bought it last year and since I do not walk well because of an illness I have this strength tape put on my feet every week; keep it there 4 days; take it off and put it on again. I have found this much cheaper than buying it separately and it will keep well a number of days even though I go swimming in the summer. And the advantage is also not forgetting to buy the tape and having to do without it!

Pros
  • ‎StrengthTape
Cons
  • May not be as effective as traditional physical therapy treatments

Great tape at a lower price.

This tape is working just as well, if not better than some higher priced brands. It adheres very well, and the edges don't fray.

Pros
  • bueno
Cons
  • Can be tricky to apply for first-time users

Great tape - my new review

I really like this tape the adhesive is fantastic and holds up to water well. I used this during my last pregnancy and it lasted 10days, it probably could have lasted longer but I wanted to take it off the day before I was to be induced. It can take some skin off if you aren’t careful but if you take it off in the shower after it gets really wet, then it’s not as bad. I defiantly will continue to use this tape on not only myself but my massage clinic clients.

Pros
  • Comes in a variety of colors to match any style or preference
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with mobility issues

We run a clinic that tapes about 10 people a day. We have tried many different types of Ktapes. I was expecting 100ft uncut but there are random breaks in the tape which is extremely annoying. One of the rolls we purchased had a break at about 15ft and was taped to connect to another 30ft before another break. Not sure if I got a bad batch but both the black and blue have random breaks. Not a true 100ft uncut. On a positive note, this tape has better sticking ability than most. Just not happy…

Pros
  • Easy to apply and remove without leaving any sticky residue behind
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with pre-existing back problems

Taping Instructions

This product needs instructions on how to put it on. I had to rely on Youtube for applying it correctly. Once I got it on correctly it worked great.

Pros
  • ‎StrengthTape Kinesiology Tape, Clinical Roll, 35M Roll
Cons
  • May not be flexible enough for some movements

Useful options in my review

Good stretch without getting too skinny, great adhesion. I like the option to make different lengths. I'm using it for plantar fasciitis and ankle support for my pronation, and it is not so thick as to make wearing shoes uncomfortable.

Pros
  • There are cheaper tapes out there. This stuff holds and works great.Get this kind.
Cons
  • Requires proper preparation before application

Poor Adhesion: my feedback

The product does not adhere for any longer than 2 seconds and once it loosens the entire strips fall off.even if you try to overlap to hold it.

Pros
  • STRENGTHTAPE QUALITY Compare the support, stability & longevity of StrengthTape against brands like Physics Gear, KT Tape, RockTape, Fitdom, TheraBand, Udaily, Spartan Tape, OK Tape, Master of Muscle, FOU, Bchoice, Aollop, FriCARE, & Therapist's Choice.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with pre-existing skin conditions

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Best tape for the price

Very strong and lasts a 3-5 days for my intense trading days. Soles of the feet only lasts a couple days for arch or plantar fasciitis pain though if you shower daily. Only remove in the shower unless you're completely hairless where you apply or don't mind the possibility of ripping your skin off. One thing I dislike though is the edges seem to fray. Other than that I love this product for pain relief and support.

Pros
  • ‎7.25 x 2 x 7.25 inches
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with pre-existing nerve damage

Pain free after 13 years of agony!

My ankle & foot have been constantly hurting for 13 years since I sprained my right ankle. So far it’s strong and withstands a bit of water and soap as I used it on my hand to test. I didn’t adhere it very well to. My hand but still survived 4 vigorous hand washings and dried quickly too. I bought KT Tape (a small roll as it’s expensive) there’s no difference except the KT Tape hurt my skin a bit more during removal and feels thicker. Will buy much more!

Pros
  • Kinesiology Recovery Tapes
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use during physical therapy sessions

Major price jump from April 2021

Like the product. Bought the 35 m roll in April, 2021. The price, then, $18 a roll. Today, the price is $59 a roll. Could this be price gouging? Disappointing to say the least.

Pros
  • ‎Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • May not be advisable for people with circulation problems or blood disorders

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Product Exceeded Expectations

After wasting money on other brands of KT tape that lasted only a day, this product adheres for up to five days. Sure, it may be a little more expensive, but it saves money in the long run because it doesn't need replacing as often as cheaper versions.

Pros
  • Best brand of tape you can buy.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for certain body types or shapes
