Hold tight wonderfully. Stretches and turnes in any direction you want. Learned differently application from my physical therapist.

I have tried at least 4 different tapes that promise to sick and they ALL were horrible. None of them would hold up through an extensive weight program. This item really does the job. I had ordered the small item but just ordered the 35m product tonight.

This tape does not stay on for more than 30 min at most . I have used the black tape and it holds . This one just rolls up instead of staying put . I won’t be ordering this again poor quality .
