The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

Pros below:
This is Mikrotik, and not homemade.
A variety of adapters can be plugged into the SFP port
Different cons:
The old man does not shine with performance and with 100Mbps traffic and L2TP encryption starts to choke.
