This is the worst software I've ever used. My sales manager said he tried this before but didn't like it. He wanted something easier to use. I'm pretty sure that's why he brought me on board. It was terrible. First, the interface is horrible. It's not intuitive and requires too much training to be usable. Second, it's slow and doesn't load quickly. Third, the documentation is very poor and not user friendly. Fourth, it doesn't provide any kind of tracking, so if you don't record everything…

A very helpful tool for scheduling and tracking maintenance.

Very helpful when it comes to planning maintenance programs. I was impressed with how user friendly the app is. It's nice that you can take a picture of any issue, including engine codes and vehicle make/model. This way you don't have to try to manually enter data into the software (which I've seen other companies require). The interface is simple and easy to navigate. I liked how you can see all the details of each work order and add comments and descriptions. You can schedule your work…

  • Can import vehicle information from VIN

  • Needs to improve the ability to search by vehicle year/make/model/etc

I think the company has great potential.

I think the company has great potential. I would definitely recommend them to my friends if they are looking for a software for business owner. But I don’t like the feature "Customer reviews”, because the content will be controlled by the system itself. If I want to add my own content, it will lose its value. The main function of this feature is just displaying information. Maybe the author could give us the opportunity to control the content. I use YMS mainly as a customer portal/order entry…
