I got tired of trying to balance my books artistically on the shelf and just hoping they wouldn't fall - or shoving a fake plant up against them. These bookends make my stacks look so neat and organized and polished: the difference between a grown-up shelf and childish makeshift decor. They look sturdier than many of their flimsy competitors. I only have normal-sized paperbacks and hardcovers on display right now, but I believe these would hold larger books too if not too heavy.

Overall design (size and color) is good, and so is the material, but it is poorly executed. There are bumps of metal, and paint is scraped in certain areas. Also, the bookends are not straight, but have an inclination to them, which can be corrected by pulling the bookend. I would not repurchase.

I bought two sets of the bookends. They came quickly and are sturdy, but they came with all of the white paint chipped off around the edges and on the bottom portion. Probably deserves fewer stars, but I hate to do that to a company.

It works perfectly for my books and you can barely see the bookends because they're clear. This is what I wanted. Thanks for attention!

Simple, look nice, nothing fancy, but they’re strong and hold things in place. Exactly what I needed/wanted. That's my feedback.

I use these to keep my cookbooks from sliding. They are sturdy almost invisible and easy to keep clean. They don't add clutter.

Only received 1 pair of bookends, not the 4 pieces noted in the product picture or the 2 pairs noted in the description. Held my kids books for about a week before 2 of them broke..
