The ease of use is great! We were able to get our first two employees up-to-speed with this very quickly and they have been using it ever since without any problems at all. I think that where four has really thought about how easy it should be for people who are not computer savvy to understand their product. The product as such works well but lack some features that can be developed by implementing add-ons (or) even natively using other S3/S4 platforms like MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite etc. 1). I can scan barcodes with ease using where four's mobile app! There is nothing really that i dislike about this program at its current price point of $30 per month (plus any other upgrades). We like that we can enter any information about our product line as well as create sub-categories of products. This is so easy! And it's free!! What could be better? I wish there were more categories available because some products require more options than others. It would help if they had more categories, but this is not a huge issue at the moment.
