Type of review

I am computer builder of 30 years and I am not an easy customer to satisfy. I build for bond trading firms and gamers. which demand the best in the finished product. This product could have been 5 stars, but Vetroo let us down with a couple features for this particular new release. Were they too eager to rush to market before thoroughly testing? Let's explore the pros and cons. The build in this review uses the Vetroo LGA 1700 cooler. on a 12th gen Intel 13-12100 CPU. mounted on an MSI mATX…

Pros
  • Just the right size. Same size as the OEM. No problems clearing the memory or PCIe slot.
Cons
  • Rgb alright the cooling little loud

Stylish, Affordable, and Functional.

This is the perfect affordable option for an RGB cooler on a budget, with fully addressable RGB that will function even if not connected to a header/controller.To test this cooler's effectiveness, I mounted it up to my Intel 10400F open test rig (it's an entry-level cooler, so I figured I should test it using realistic parameters) at an ambient temperature of 24°C using default power options in the motherboard and in Windows 10. The CPU idled at 30°C (6° over ambient), which wasn't surprising…

Pros
  • Excelente
Cons
  • The bolt on the bracket was striped when I got it it would not tighten up

Exactly what I needed for cheap and came when I needed it.

It literally comes tomorrow, has thermal paste, push pins (gonna need those of course), mounting bracket, and isn't too loud from what I've heard. I'm eating an instant 5 star because I just built my PC and I'm stuck with a heataink that disnt even give push pins or a bracket. Thanks vetroo

Pros
  • installation was easy and it has worked perfectly so far
Cons
  • Installing the Eclipse CPU cooler may prove difficult for users who lack technical expertise, as the instructions are not particularly clear or detailed

Make sure it fits your motherboard

I bought this part for an old motherboard and it did not fit. However, it seems to be a nice cooler if you are not planning to overclock your system. Mounting was simple to follow and there was not any guess work involved. If I had a system that supported the intel processor and I was not using it to overclock or any heavy gaming, this would be great buy for the price.

Pros
  • OUTSTANDING AIRFLOW DESIGN: Top-to-bottom airflow can cooling the CPU first and hardware surrounding the motherboard.
Cons
  • The Eclipse is priced similarly to other high-end CPU coolers on the market, but offers fewer performance and feature benefits

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Slowly but surely. on my review.

The product had what appeared to be glue on CPU side surface. Took a while to "burn-in" but the temps finally leveled off but not before some temps appeared 10+°c over average or higher when first installed. All in all, it's an ok heatsink for the price.

Pros
  • very good thanks
Cons
  • The aluminum fins on the Eclipse are not as sturdy as those on other CPU coolers, which could make the unit more susceptible to damage

Revainrating 4 out of 5

pretty solid budget RGB cpu cooler

It's not fancy, and it's not the easiest to mount, but it does a pretty good job of keeping a low budget build cool and looking decent.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • The Eclipse can be loud during intense gaming sessions, which could be distracting or annoying for some users

NOT RECOMMENDED. SEE TEST PHOTOS

Cpu cooler was tested on an open bench intel i511400f the cpu was hitting over 90c within a minute of running cinebench. I would not recommend this cooler for any CPUs. Do your computer a favor and step up to a tower cooler such as the vetroo v5.

Pros
  • I like it.
Cons
  • The Vetroo Eclipse Low-Profile ARGB CPU Cooler is relatively small, which may not provide sufficient cooling for high-end CPUs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good cpu cooler

Now the product is very simple and easy to assemble with the cpu cooler mount attached to the cooler and it is a great feature that they include a guide with the cooler in the package with it incase you have any questions or problems as well as including a soft thermal paste very well done vetroo would highly recommend

Pros
  • {}
Cons
  • The Eclipse can cause clearance issues with larger RAM heatsinks, meaning users may need to remove or adjust their RAM modules to install the CPU cooler

temps are not bad with this cooler.

i mean for the price i thought i would of been getting a pretty hot cooler but nope i am going from a old liquid cooler so.the temps i get are 30c at idle on my 10700k and when playing call of duty world war II temps do hit max 75c but mainly stick around the 65c range.i mean for a $19 air cooler you can't complain.

Pros
  • Fans & Cooling
Cons
  • The ARGB lighting on the Eclipse is not as bright or vibrant as other competing coolers on the market
