Great Platform - Needs Better Customization

The ability to have multiple users in one system is great! It's very user friendly for all levels of experience from novice through expert level. I do not like that it has so many features but you can't customize them as much with other software packages such as Salesforce or Hubspot. If your looking into creating an integrated solution between email marketing/CRM and customer service then this program will definitely fit nicely within those platforms. Great solution, well implemented and simple

The ease of use allows me to get started quickly without needing any additional training or support from my colleagues in other countries; I can focus all 100% on solving our problems rather than being distracted by paperwork. In order for us as users not only be able to see everything that is going through Progress but also have access control over what we are seeing it helps ensure no information goes missing between departments/users. This gives full visibility into how work gets done within

Great Software For An Insurance Agency

The software is easy to use and has many features that make it very useful for our organization. We have been able to utilize all of these functions in order to streamline our daily business operations. I wish there were more options available when creating templates. There are some things we cannot do with this program because they would be too time consuming or confusing to set up manually. It's important to us that everything runs smoothly so that we can get back to doing what we love…

  • Great customer service team who follows through quickly.
  • Lots o fgreat training resources online as wellas live trainings offered at various locations across Canada (and globally) from Prognosis' partners like Salesforce University etc.
  • Great support channels via phone/email if something isn't working properly; also good follow up after submitting any issues you may encounter during your implementation journey

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
