I like that it's very easy to use with simple steps needed when adding new printers or making changes/updates within existing ones! I like it that they send tech personnel to our site when needed - this can be good or bad depending upon whether you are having an issue with your particular device (or not). The best way is if all devices work exactly as expected from day one so there's no surprises later down the road!
