I teach painting and my acrylic students hold exhibitions every year and one of the biggest problems is to fit a painting on canvas in a standard frame, especially the different depth of the canvas compared to the frame. It is the perfect solution to solve almost every possible problem. The surest way to save a work of art.

Much thinner than expected. I should have noted that the seller didn't list them as durable! I have thicker and stronger versions of these clips in my inventory. Didn't know there were cheaper versions. Not recommended if you need something to frame a heavier panel. Suitable for small stretched canvases. That's all.

I've searched and searched for a long time to fit painted canvases into frames, I was referring to these flimsy, thin-sided canvases that are about 7/8 inch thick. I need these brackets to frame my canvas paintings. As some canvases were deeper than others and the frames varied in depth, I was happy to have this range of sizes. The package had all the sizes I needed! They were easy to assemble with the screws provided. It was nice to be able to frame the pictures yourself and not pay a high price in a frame shop!

I'm using it to put a nighttime painting with wine and a palette in a frame I bought cheaply from Hobby Lobby (the glass was broken and I don't need a glass for a canvas painting!). I needed a medium size on one frame and a size smaller on the other. I even took the little ones and attached them to the frame then threaded wire through them and this is how I hung my fancy artwork on the wall. =

This range offers the perfect solution to a problem I was having with canvas printing. Because the print is on a frame that is thicker than the decorative frame it was placed in, it was not possible to attach the canvas frame to the decorative frame. They offered a solution that I couldn't find in the hardware departments of the big stores nearby. Several frames of different sizes/depths/materials were needed to frame some stretched canvases and objects on paper or thin card. This multi sized set was just what I needed. Was very easy to use.
