It's very comfortable and easy to use. Just place the elastic band over the chair and you're go to go. My husband and I love this supporter. This is awesome for your back, always keeps it straight even when you move around. The height it adjustable, if you want to adjust the height, you'll need a screwdriver to remove the screws at the back.I was the only one using it when I first received it.
