Description of Mountain bike (MTB) FORWARD Apache 27.5 3.2 Disc (2021) turquoise/orange 15" (requires final assembly)

The flagship Forward Apache series and each bike in this series is endowed with an important mission - to be comfortable and obedient and its task is to make the desire to ride a regular one. This is a completely new aluminum frame with modern geometry. No matter what terrain you ride on, the front and rear hydraulic disc brakes won''t let you down, even in the mud. Hydraulic brakes provide more powerful and smoother braking when you apply the brake levers with less force. Suspension fork, multi-speed transmission and versatile tire tread pattern for easy street and country riding.

Very disappointed with the fork, it is definitely under replacement. Under the replacement of connecting rods, too. There are hydraulic brakes, but why? I think you could get away with mechanical ones and save some money. Also included are fenders and a footboard. In fact, if you remove the fenders and footboard, and make the brakes mechanical and save money to invest in a fork, then it would be better.

Pros
  • Aluminum frame. Cassette. Seatpost (also aluminum), seat. Seat attachment. Grips (just liked the fire very much). Double rims (aluminum). Aluminum stem. Pedals, not ugly, plastic. Very wide, comfortable for the foot, generally good, I liked it. Coloring.
Cons
  • What I didn’t like the most was the fork, it is almost completely steel, the pants and legs are steel, the crown is aluminum. The fork is completely unadjustable. Welding seams are visible, in a word I want to cry. The rear and front derailleurs are also not very pleasant, they require some kind of jewelery setting, well, or I was so lucky. Everything is somehow easier with shamano. But it's not shamano here. Steel rods. Steel steering wheel. The total weight is too big.
