Great tool with many features and benefits

The ability to keep track of our clients' information is very useful for us as it allows us to reach out directly if there are any problems or concerns they may be having that we can help them resolve. It's also great when you're searching through your client list trying to find someone else within the organization. I dislike how this program sometimes doesn't update properly allowing me to search by different criteria than what has been set up previously (such as date added). This makes…

A very good web and form building platform with excellent tech services

I like that it's easy to use for both admin as well users when they are creating their own forms or fields within an organization (both internal & external). There is not much customization available from them if you need something other than what comes built-in out oof box which can be costly depending upon how large your org needs this software solution/service offered by KI Consulting Corp./Ki Software Incorporated - there might also some licensing issues involved here too so make sure yu…

Great experience with quick response time

The support for salesforce is amazing. I love that we can send emails to contacts as well as view contact info from our CRM which is very convenient. It's user friendly overall but I do feel it could be more intuitive when you're first starting out. We are using this software to track our leads and manage them within our CRM. I don't know if there would be any downsides or additional features that I'm not aware of. The benefits include being able to access your contact information and sending…
