What a relief. on inkjet printers

I'm so glad to be able to write a good review as I've read and thought about all the bad reviews over the past 2-3 months and it's depressing! My HP printer which was 13 years old (with no problems) eventually died and I figured it would be easy to just order a new one. Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

It took several calls and a major update to fix the problem BUT IT'S NOT WORKING. Luckily I bought an extra supply of ink with the printer and after hours of updating and tweaking on their part, support was able to fix the defective black installer cartridge. If it weren't for the setup issue, I would give the printer a very…
