Bought this printer, copier, scanner about 3 weeks ago. It was easy to set up, installed the software without any problems, everything works great. I got it up and running in under 20 minutes out of the box. If I had to say one bad thing about it, it would be that it's louder than my last printer, other than that I have absolutely no issues with it.
