Bought in the advice of my daughter who uses this all the time. Well I was in a rush to hem a Halloween costume snd this really was a life saver.

I needed to hem heavy curtains and I don't have a sewing machine. So I decided to get this, the heavy duty kind. And as long as you use steam, the hem comes out crisp and clean. No mess, but you have to be patient, as it's not instant, and don't leave the iron on the hem so long that you burn the fabric. But other than that, great stuff!
