Product worked very well.

This product worked surprisingly well. I have to admit, I'm usually very skeptical of products like this but was in a pinch with options (because of the material type) and decided to try it. I used it on my PajamaJeans (don't judge . lol . they are comfy and perfect for Saturday AM running errands) and it worked perfectly. I had to "hem" up about 2 1/2 inches and used three strips (bottom, middle and top of the folded material) and they are stuck together! I had to put my iron on cotton

Pros
  • fast adhesive, super light weight, easy to use to make cuffs.
Cons
  • It may not hold up as well in the wash as traditional stitching methods

Magic! - Hem your pants while watching tv!

This stuff is great. My co-worker recommended it. Oftentimes, average length pants are too short for me and then the long length is too long. Typical. I had a pair of pants that I had purchase a year ago and had been too lazy to address their length. Finally when I bought this product.voila. I got out my ironing board (for the first time in the past 6 months) and went at it per the instructions. So far so good with the pants. Of course, now that I'm working from home due to covid, who even…

Pros
  • La cinta es ligera invisible , de fácil adherencia y durabilidad.
Cons
  • It doesn't allow for as much flexibility in your sewing

Ebay is a Life Saver

I wanted to let you know that you have all been a lifesaver. My dad is alone and his aids cannot visit except to drop thins off and sending things from Ebay has been wonderful! I realize things cannot be easy there. I work in a small manufacturing place and we are also trying hard to stay safe, but probably have more flexibility than you do.Stay safe! And yes - the product is great. But you as human beings are better.

Pros
  • Great for thinner materials
Cons
  • It may not be as flexible as traditional stitching methods

great for home projects

it is great for home projects, I used it to fix a Crystal Beaded Fringe Trim to new window sheers as they were too short for my windows

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • It can be difficult to use on projects with intricate designs

Great option for when you are in a cinch

Great option for when you are in a cinch! I had a dress that I wanted to wear to a wedding and didn't have enough time to get it shortened. This tape saved the day! This product is likely designed for fabrics that are not super heavy -- my dress was of a thicker material and so I had to go over some areas of my dress with the iron several times to make sure the pieces of fabric were securely attached to each other. Although this tape worked, the heavy duty version of this product may have been…

Pros
  • Safe and non-toxic
Cons
  • It may not hold up well in dry environments

Great for mending minor holes

Used it to patch up a small tear on a pullover to prevent it from tearing up more. I also use it to strengthen stretchy fabrics so it doesn’t stretchy to much while sewing. I have found it useful to hem some pants easily

Pros
  • This package contains 5/8-Inch x 20-Yards of ultra-light weight Stitch Witchery in white
Cons
  • It can be difficult to use with certain types of needles

Convenient, even if you know how to sew

I've used Stitch Witchery for years, both for art projects and for regular sewing needs. Aside from crafting, I use this to attach badges/patches, shorten curtains, and fix hems in clothing. This is something that should be in every college student's "sewing kit" (along with safety pins!)---this stuff can be a lifesaver for people who aren't comfortable with needle and thread.I get the best results with this when I use a very hot iron on the steam setting. I've also used a damp cloth…

Pros
  • Portable and convenient to carry in crafting kit or travel bag
Cons
  • It can make your fabric feel stiff or unnatural

SAVED FROM SEWING MACHINE HELL!

First of all, I got a D in sewing in eighth grade. Over the years (too many years) I have sewn cafe curtains, pillows, and other things that required a straight stitch. I used an old Singer that my mother loaned me. Well, that machine is long gone and I purchased a new machine that I couldn't figure out. Then, another. I attempted to make table skirts for my booth at the farmer's markets. I used a somewhat stretchy material. Disaster! Globs of thread, crooked seams. I didn't know what I was…

Pros
  • Works on most fabrics
Cons
  • It can create a bulky finish

Works Like Magic on my review.

Bought in the advice of my daughter who uses this all the time. Well I was in a rush to hem a Halloween costume snd this really was a life saver.

Pros
  • Works well. Good adhesive. Washs well but I hand washed it. Used to make a cloth liner for a cabinet.
Cons
  • It may not work well on thinner fabrics

Works really well on my review.

I needed to hem heavy curtains and I don't have a sewing machine. So I decided to get this, the heavy duty kind. And as long as you use steam, the hem comes out crisp and clean. No mess, but you have to be patient, as it's not instant, and don't leave the iron on the hem so long that you burn the fabric. But other than that, great stuff!

Pros
  • 0.01 ounces
Cons
  • It may not provide a strong enough seal for some projects

Perfect if you hate hemming

I bought this for some re-fashion projects and so far I really like it. I wanted to buy the ultra strength, but didn't notice until it came that I chose the wrong one. I just double it if I'm using it for something that's likely to come undone.I haven't had any problems with the adhesive melting and binding. The instructions state "Always test before use. 1.Place Stitch Witchery between fabric layers. 2.Cover with damp press cloth. Set steam iron on Wool and press for 10 seconds on each…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • It can be time-consuming to use

It is wonderful to be used in fabric

It is wonderful to be used on fabric. I use it for crafts and sometimes it has worked for me to hem jeans. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • 20-yard length ensures plentiful supply to tackle multiple projects
Cons
  • It may not work well on projects that require a lot of wear and tear

Easy to use best in my review

I finally found the exact style of pants I wanted but they were too long. I needed them for a meeting and didn't have time to find a seamstress. This product arrived fast and worked great. It is really easy to use too.

Pros
  • Cost-effective
Cons
  • It can create a messy or untidy finish
