They've helped us get a better understanding of how our clients use our software, as well as helping us optimize and streamline our business. Customer service is incredible - their support staff goes above and beyond to answer questions, address concerns, and assist with account issues.
Pricing is easy to work within a company's budget.
Their product works exactly as promised.

Cons

You will need to download the application and configure the data connections
If you want to export data you must use InsightVM's UI, which isn't intuitive.
