Flex Imaging Managed Print Services Review

I like how easy it is to add new employees or remove them from service without having issues with billing/accounts receivable management! The only thing i dislike about this software program is when adding an employee they have no way to select any previous information for usernames etc., so if you want someone who has worked in our facility before there's not much we can do other than manually inputting all those details over again!! We have been using this MSP for over 2 years now with no issues at all! They are very quick to respond when there is something wrong or in need of fixing/replacing parts etc.. The customer service has always exceeded our expectations as well!!
