I just received this, and I do believe that my package was preopened. The cardboard boxes were ripped inside and 2 bottles were "unwrapped". I do not have anything missing - so that is good. I purchased 2 60L bottles of CO2 seperately. I filled all 3 bottles with water and put them in the fridge (cold water fizzes the best). After 24 hours I took out first bottle, took off the cap, put on the "fizzerator" nozzle and created fizzy water. You cannot over fizz the water as the bottle only holds so

I love this thing! I bought it because I was going through so many one-time use plastic bottles, and I didn't like the impact of that on the environment. This gadget is so easy to use and takes up very little space (unless you count all the bottles of flavored syrup I got to make my soda!). It's quick to make soda and very easy to change CO2 canisters. Yes, the tube that injects the gas is plastic, but if you're aware of this and its potential fragility, you can just operate the unit carefully.

I've been using soda stream since it came out and now I think I'm going to make the switch to this brand a permanent thing. My only negatives on this unit are that the outer shell feels a little cheaper than I'd like(it actually flexes) and the carbonator is separate from the main unit. The carbonator screws on to the top of the bottle and them you press the main stem of the unit into the carbonator. Made of high quality plastic, this durable infuser is very easy to use. I like the wide mouth bottles. I fill 2 12 oz soda bottles from each infuser bottle. With a little practice, you can easily regulate how much "fizz" the water will have. Looks good in the kitchen for sure. Not sure I needed all three bottles, but might be good for a big family The soda maker may not be suitable for those with sensory sensitivities to loud noises and bubbling sounds.

I love this product because it is easy to put fruit and lemon or cucumber slices in the bottles. It’s slim lines look good on my counter.

It’s fun! I make ginger tea sweetened with stevia and turn it to soda in seconds. The bottles are sometime difficult to store because of their length, but they’re stylish and sleek. So I’m good with that.

I was only able to use the unit 32times before I the cod ran out and the last 10-15 times it did not carbonate nearly as well The PET bottles can't be microwaved or used with hot liquids.

this is great so far. I bought it as a gift for my husband. I think the amount of bubbles are equal to what is in a can of la croix. I also bought some flavors we've been experimenting with. We haven't tested to see how long the bubbles last yet because we use it and drink it in the same day usually. the machine itself is a bit flimsy and the plastic could be a but stronger but overall it does what it's supposed to well.

Has good carbonation and easy to use. Wish the tall bottles were able to go in the dishwasher. I like how you can carbonate with juices/syrups/fruit already mixed in. CO2 exchange program is too expensive though.

Requires you to research how to operate . not as easy to use as a soda stream . requires additional purchase to operate . That's my feedback.

I thought it was broken because they provided an extra rubber washer for it .My brilliant husband discovered they put two in it located in the picture I submitted. He plucked the extra rubber washer out and PRESTO IT WORKS!

I bought a soda stream that broke within a week. This was much better design and put a lot more fizz in. Takes up less room and the cartridge is way easier to place. All around better buy.

The carbonator cap failed. I contacted the seller asking if they can replace it or if I can just pay for a carbonator cap, but I received no response. If the carbonator cap fails, the whole unit is worthless. Very annoying.

I had a soda stream b4 this and hated that the fiz would be gone b4 it was mixed sometimes. this seals the fiz in and allows you to have better flavor
