I have a bad impression of Everpure's customer care because of a recent incident. I contacted customer support after an issue with a defective kitchen fixture I ordered online from their shop. After several days of trying to get in contact with them, I finally gave up. When I did get an answer, the person was uninformative and didn't seem to care about helping me.
