I like that this is a one stop shop for all my company's needs related to sustainability reporting. The fact that it integrates with other areas of our organization, such as HR benefits management, makes it even more valuable. It has been hard getting all my reports into a format that is easy for employees to understand, but the team at ESM is working on this every day. Their commitment to continued improvement over the years that we've worked with them speaks directly to customer satisfaction.

Very flexible and useful solution for assessing CSR (corporate social responsibility) projects across many different industries! The ability to share data with clients is also very valuable in my experience.- The fact that you can add your own modules or create new ones from scratch easily makes this quite unique.
