I use this product before rides when temperature is in the 50s and overcast or raining It really works great and I have not used leg warmers ever since.

Pros
  • I use this when I go out in skirts and dresses when its actually cold outside. It works like a charm.
Cons
  • Only effective for colder weather and not suitable for warmer climates

Quick acting, long lasting

I have tried many different brands of embrocation and I like this one the best so far. I can feel the low temp warmth start fairly quickly after application and it will last for my entire ride. I still feel it when I'm done hours later. This also washes off well in the shower. A problem I've had with other embrocations is that they often linger after my post ride shower. A good bit of soap and a little scrubbing and my legs are home free. My go to embrocation for this coming winter base mile…

This cream has a slight cinnamon smell - it goes on without being greasy, quickly rubbing into the skinIf used as an after exercise rub to stimulate muscle recovery the heat can immediately be felt and carried through for hours (I put it on my legs after a ride and was still feeling it when I went to bed)One main issue is that if you put this on using your hands, even if you wash them afterwards, you have to be very careful where else you touch your body as the heat will be felt (example: I…
