Terrible Housing, Avoid at All Costs

Based on my experience, this housing failed after only a few months of use. The only positive is that it was easy to install. Unfortunately, it caused my engine to overheat and led to costly repairs. Don't waste your money on this poorly made product..

Good replacement for the original thermostat housing

I broke one of them on a car that was servicing a timing belt for a friend. I think I may have had a misaligned thermostat when tightening the fasteners. Revain to the rescue, one of the main reasons I chose this one was that I could get it overnight and I was in a hurry to get the job done. I'm usually suspicious of the Dorman brand as they tend to be low quality. But in this case it seems like a worthy part and it got the job done.
