Hard to rank among the best in lawnmower parts and accessories

I bought these to mount on a cart as the tires don't stay inflated. It seems that these tubes could be made a little less wide as they can explode a lot more. As it was a bit of work to fit all the tubes in my tires. But they came and worked. So I'm happy.

So thin it didn't get out of the garage.

Super thin material. So bad that I installed it on my Leafvac (empty) tire and it went flat as soon as I put the tire on the ground. I patched this hole, but after the second install another hole appeared. So crazy. I bought an Oregon brand from a local store and it worked great.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Good construction and materials.

Used to breathe new life into two Simplicity snowblower tires that were in good condition but were starting to leak. The straight sideshift valve stem fits the wheel design perfectly - easy to fill. Been using it for over 2 years with no problems. Good quality hoses - good gauge with reinforced valve stem brackets. There are no problems with the valve core. good value highlighted.

Works great

Some other reviewers have damaged tubes or damaged them during installation. Mine arrived safely and having changed about a million bike tires I know how to fit an inner tube so everything was fine. I used a set of plastic bike tire irons to pry the tire off the rim and then put it back on. DO NOT use a screwdriver or buy another tube.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Functionality

The hose is good but the valve was clogged

Ordered two. One was in perfect condition, but the other was not breathing. I removed the inner core valve and felt with an allen wrench to determine that the valve was blocked by something hard. Thought the blockage could be dried glue and punctured, being careful not to drill through the pipe walls or round off the internal threads of the valve stem. This fixed it. Now it works perfectly and no need to return it. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

When installing, you need to be careful. But it's worth it.

I'm pretty sure I pinched the tube when installing it in the drawbar. However, I was able to fit it into a tubeless tire that the local tire shop couldn't fix. After replacing it and hearing a pinch of air coming out, I poured some slime pumps into the tire and bled it again. I put it on the tube and twisted the hoop to spread the slime and it works great! It was more work but a lot more economical than the $30 I threw at a local tire shop.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Replacement availability

They really seem to be holding their breath!

Two of these tubes were purchased to replace the tubes on my HF wagon which never stayed inflated for more than a few hours at a time. After years of having to inflate them every time I wanted to use the car, I gave up and ordered two of these replacement tubes. On arrival they looked good, smelled better and seemed to be holding air. Both old hoses had a slow leak at one of the seams, not a hole. Once installed and ventilated, they are still fully inflated after a week. It's a shame that you…

New Life for an Old Car Tire

I received this to replace an inner tube in my slow leaking (24 hours to empty) car tire that is about 25 years old. This tire was made in India and this one might be it so I thought it might be worth a try as a whole new solid tire is worth a new car. I was surprised to learn that the existing tire was tubeless! However, I continued. As most others mention, installation is no picnic. I had plastic tools for changing mountain bike tires but it was too difficult for them. What worked for me was…
