Was late in arriving.every day a different expected arrival! Was going to cancel but received the chain the day I planned to & glad I didn't! Delay may have been caused by current situation not KISPER, none the less frustrating. Was packaged well, included a nice pouch, and a life time registration warranty offer (who does that?)! Chain appears to be a quality necklace, was as described. Will be ordering more from KISPER. It was worth the wait.

This silver chain is exactly what I was looking for to put my favorite charm on. It’s beautiful and sturdy. The clasp is very small which was what I needed for my charm I was adding to it.

My daughter has long dark hair with a small blue (dyed) section near her neck line. You can see the dark ans the blue pieces of her hair on the necklace.

I had a hiccup in my order, but customer service was very prompt to fix and address the issue, that alone is 5 stars!The chain itself is beautiful, I broke my original chain that came with my diamond pendant. I wanted something to compliment my pendant without having to shell out more money for a replacement. This chain was perfect and sturdy.

Dainty enough for small or delicate pendants, but strong enough for larger, heavier pieces. Absolutely lovely! My wife loved it!.

This silver chain is beautiful and sturdy. However, the clasp broke. I’ve had it since August 2021 and I don’t wear it every day. This morning the link holding the eyelet broke making irreparable. Too bad for me. I won’t purchase my next chain through this company.

Perfect length that i needed. Holds the charms with my grandkids initials. Most happy with the fact that it doesn’t get tangled with my other chain.

I have a heart pendant my late husband gave me, I caught the original chain on a handle and of course it broke. I wasn’t able to wear it for several weeks. I’m so glad I finally found a replacement I liked.

This thing coils up, looks like crushed aluminum. I should have taken a closer look and returned. Keep looking if you want quality.

I ordered the 20” 1mm sterling silver box chain so that I could have a sturdy yet pretty chain to display Mom’s Diamond cross pendant that I inherited after she passed. It falls perfectly between my choker Diamond necklace and my Mom’s original 30” chain. Even though it was such a good price, it looks and feels expensive. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, so that told me right there it’s going to last. I’m very happy with my purchase! I would buy from this Jewerly maker again!

I was impressed by the quality of the necklace. Dainty but sturdy. It’s perfect for medal I wear on a daily basis. It’s lovely!

Reason for 4 stars is the length runs small. I have tried 2 different lengths because the chain is gorgeous and real silver but each one was too short. Normally I wear a 20 or 22 inch fine but the 20 in looked more like a 16 and the 22 like an 18 in. I do not have a large neck either. My advise is to order at least 2-4 inches longer than what the picture shows or what size you normally wear. Twice now and I have came up short (no pun intended). Real silver, shiny, good quality. Easy return…

When I first bought this in April 2022, I was impressed. HOWEVER, after wearing it everyday, I am extremely disappointed!It has turned black, like a cheap dollar store necklace!Don't waste your money.I would give it a minus star, if there was one!

It's a very nice little necklace and I really like the box chain design. I prefer a lobster claw for a clasp for security, but as long as this closes completely which is does, you're fine.

I received a necklace as a gift and the 16” chain was a choker around my neck. I was able to exchange the pendant to put on the new 24” necklace that I purchased. So happy with the results

This was the perfect chain for a silver starfish I bought. It has shine and the smaller end slips through the top of the starfish

This is a good item. But, I will be returning it as the clasps would not fit through a pendant that we were going to put through the necklace.I’d recommend this item.

I was expecting this chain to not tarnish but it did. It was very pretty in the beginning and I was very pleased with the way it looked. I no longer use it and wish I could get my money back. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have a silver necklace with a pig pendant I worn everyday for almost 12 years. I’ve broken it so many times and had to get the necklace fixed that I decided to just buy a new necklace. This did not disappoint!
