I have a small popup camper and was looking for a small, lightweight kettle that I could use in the camper as well as for backpacking. The size and weight of this thing is perfect, it doesn't take up much room and boils water really fast thanks to the heat exchanger at the bottom of the kettle. Also comes with a netted bag which I appreciate for storing so I don't lose the lid. Love the design!

I have gone through many cast iron evaporators which I use to increase the relative humidity. Even the enamel coated ones rust out eventually. And they are heavy! I bought this for use on my stove and it works great! 1) it is lighter full than the cast iron is empty. 2) it won’t rust out. 3) Because the bottom is thin, it transmits more heat to the water and evaporates much more water. 4) Being the same color as my wood stove, it does not look out of place. Great pot for camping since it’s so lightweight. The only issue would be that the lid falls off if not held when pouring. Thanks for attention.

This design promises to work faster while consuming around a third less energy to boil a pot of water. All that is needed to make it first rate is a reflectix cozy which I plan to make for mine.

Lightweight and boils water FAST! Just like a Jetboil but larger, and you can use it on any stove. We have only used it a few times so far, but it seems durable so far - very happy!

Lite weight. Part of my truck camping chuck box. Boils enough water for two cups of coffee. 16 Oz cups and water for bowl of oatmeal. However handle gets hot quick. Recommend moving handle to the side. It will not be as hot. Wear a glove.

This little pot will make any stove you have more efficient but works way better with the stove it was designed for. Nestle's in that thing like a dream and makes the stove very wind-resistant

Thin cheap metal. Not very heavy duty. I guess it's ok for camping. I expected thicker metal. I was disappointed when it arrived. Smaller then expected. But it's 2l

I use this kettle primarily to boil water for small hiking groups. For this purpose it works great! Fast boil time on my MSR Whisperlite stove. I can have over a liter of water at a rolling boil in just a few minutes. The spout makes dispensing boiling water to dehydrated meals a breeze. There was a slight off flavor at first, but after boiling a few batches of water it went away.

There is no problem with the outer box, but the box inside is dented, so I think there is a possibility that it may have already been sent dented when packing.

Bought this for the size. It is just right for our camp box and it works great to heat up water for tea and washing dishes. A must for any camper.

Perfect kettle for camping! Doesn’t get too hot; I lifted it off the fire and it didn’t even feel warm to the touch, but the water was boiling. The lid doesn’t latch too well, as others have said, but I poured about 21 cups of coffee / hot cocoa this weekend with no issues. Just don’t turn it upside down with hot water in it. 🙃 Would recommend!

I received my little pot fast which was a plus! Perfect size for 2-4 people. I like that it is light and compact and made from non stick material. Inside there was a little scrubbing sponge for clean up, which I can appreciate. My fuel can and portableStove all fit snuggly inside for easy storing. Build quality is sub par. Ducting around the bottom rim of the kettle is a very thin crimped aluminum build. This lack of thickness would do one or two things: 1) wear away with enough heat and use, 2) bend and cause uneven heat dispersion which could cause one or multiple hot spots within the kettle. It was just too small for our purposes, so I returned for another type of kettle. But, if you're one person camping and don't need much water heated for coffee or tea, this is great. It's lightweight and would work well for a back packer.
