Easy To Use And Overall Awesome System

I like that it's so easy to use, even for those who are not tech savvy. The customer service is top notch as well. They will help you with anything you need from basic questions about their product all the way up to helping customize your account settings. It has been great using this software! Amazing Customer Service: BetterVoice

The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help with any questions that you may have. I don't like how it takes time to get an agent, but once they do get them, they work very fast and efficient. Sometimes when I call, I am transferred to someone in India who doesn't speak English well enough for me to understand what he/she is saying. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for great customer service and excellent products. It's hard to find a good VoIP provider out…

Excellent Customer Service & System Features

I like that Bettervoice is able to provide me with great customer service. They have been very responsive in my calls, and they are always willing to help. They also have a good system for scheduling appointments. I dislike that it can be difficult at times to get through to a representative. I feel like I am often put on hold or transferred multiple times before getting to speak to someone. I also don't like how some of their features are not available on certain platforms.
