Great tool to backup your data and keep remote users connected

I have used this product for about 5 years now at my previous job as an IT administrator with multiple servers backing up our clients' databases using Microsoft SQL Server replication (MSDTC). This was very useful because it allowed me access from anywhere via VPN into any client's server/database that needed backed up - no matter where they were physically located! The only thing i disliked when we first started out doing MS Db Replication backups back then was how slow things would go…

Pros
  • Easy to administer, works well
  • Has good support options available if issues arise
  • Can be managed remotely easily enough without having physical presence in office environment.
  • Very user friendly interface once you get familiar wth working through steps necessary
Cons
  • Some cons
