Our customer service team really helped us when we were having problems setting up our website. The whole interface of the software was not intuitive which made it difficult at first. Now that we are more familiar with the system we have been able to get the most out of the applications. They also worked very closely with us to determine what we needed from them. The capability of reaching new audiences with our existing resources was one thing that I liked about this solution best than other platforms we were looking at. The ability to create custom landing pages and integrate with our email marketing platform was very helpful. We were able to utilize the tool to create a customized landing page that allowed us to collect emails from donors who wanted to donate but weren't sure how they could do it. This allowed us to have more time to focus on other areas of fundraising. I would like to see more features added in the future. The integration with our email platform was great. The ease of use! As someone who has never used an amp platform before this one was easy enough that I could roll out in days instead weeks/months like other platforms have taken me months if not years. There were some glitches with first time users but it took them less than 24 hours (as opposed to 2+weeks)to get over those bumps. Our goal was simple - create engagement between our donors / supporters & volunteers so we can see where they are coming from when engaging around specific campaigns
