iBaby's Products and Customer Service Both Leave Something to Be Desired

As a parent for the first time, I couldn't wait to test out the various infant products and security monitors that iBaby has to offer. Unfortunately, my experience with this business was not at all what I had hoped for or expected. To begin, the products did not have the same level of high-quality as was advertised. The baby monitor that I bought had a short battery life and frequently lost connection, which rendered it unreliable and ineffective for ensuring the well-being of my child and ensuring his or her protection. In addition to this, whenever I attempted to get in touch with their customer support team in order to address these issues, I was met with responses that were both unhelpful and dismissive. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of providing any kind of support or assistance, and as a result, I was left feeling annoyed and dissatisfied with the product that I had purchased. At the end of the day, I had no option but to look for alternative baby products manufactured by a different company. Because of the low quality of their products and the unsatisfactory experience I had with their customer service, I would not suggest iBaby to any other parents. I was left feeling incredibly let down and disappointed.

Pros
  • trustworthy infant monitors
Cons
  • shortened battery life
