My encounter with VOGOL was not a positive one. I was dissatisfied with the low quality of the products that I purchased from their online store, which included the blackout curtains and the culinary items that I ordered. Some of the items in the kitchen broke after only a few uses, and the curtains did not filter out the light as they had advertised they would. The unhelpful customer support was the single most frustrating aspect of the whole ordeal. When I attempted to return the items, they refused to provide a complete refund and insisted that their products were of a high quality despite my attempts to convince them otherwise. I was forced to go through a protracted and annoying process of returning an item, and as a result, I wound up losing money. As an experienced user who does a significant amount of shopping online, I am unable to endorse VOGOL. Both the quality of their merchandise and the assistance they provide to customers is unsatisfactory. It is recommended that you seek in other places if you are looking for high-quality home and kitchen goods.
