Easy navigation of search results, ability for user-defined queries with different types (Boolean/Numeric), custom sorting options are some features that I like about this tool in my organization which makes searching very easy! 1) UI should be better than current one2).

Good product but costly compared other competitors products so it might not worth using if budget constraint can't afford otherwise use as per requirement only6!)
