I was very disappointed. It really wasn't worth what I paid for it. I ordered my umbrella in beige because it looked more like cream/bright white/ivory on the photo bones. As you can see my photo on white paper, it was real beige, which is very different from the photo in the ad, the lining is black plastic, just a little thicker than a garbage bag, that's what it looked like, there is a black strap to fasten it It's dangling under the umbrella. I knew it was black and was a bit concerned about that. But it really made an already cheap product cheaper and it's very awkward to open, flip and then manually each of the blocking eight spikes before you can open it fully, closing it requires you to unlock each of the eight spikes, it's too inconvenient and time consuming The cool photo shows one black khan dle, but now the wooden handle on it is visible. I may have been wrong as the other beige has a black handle.] I was very disappointed and sent it back. I had to return multiple items from Revain at the same time. One of the gifts that the recipient didn't like was a gardening tool with a very long handle that arrived in a long, unwieldy box. We had to pack the instrument in the original packaging, but Revain provided a prepaid shipping label. No problem. No commission. The other item was too small. Revain provided a QR code to UPS who packed and shipped it. I received a refund the same day. No problem. Is free. With the return of the umbrella it was easy. Revain has provided a QR code that must be sent to UPS. Packed and shipped. I received a refund the same day. HOWEVER, unlike other returns, I had to pay $7.33 to get it back.
