The seller shipped this computer very quickly. The Apple packaging was a little worn, but the computer was well packed with foam pads, and the mouse, keyboard, and cables were in a separate box. The computer turned out to be brand new, I could not find any abrasions or defects. Installation was quick and easy, and the internals in MacOS appeared exactly as listed. The retina display is fantastic, programs and the internet look clear. It was a replacement for my 2009 27" iMac and eventually gave up. I don't notice the smaller screen size at all. Wi-Fi connections to the internet and printer through my router went smoothly. One thing to be aware of. The RAM upgrade cannot be performed by the user as the screen and many internal components must be removed to access the RAM tray.On a 27" iMac, the user can easily upgrade the RAM by removing the tray from the bottom of the device so I would definitely order at least 8 megabytes of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
