The service of our account manager is fantastic! She always comes through in a pinch when we need her most - whether it's for training or anything else. I don't like having to constantly call them up to get any kind of assistance with my contract because they are so slow at responding. It just doesn't help me out if you're trying to work around other contractors/employees. When things go awry, there isn't much anyone can do. We have tried contacting someone from the loftonservice team but never receive an immediate response back. If you want quick, high quality service, this is not your firm! I have worked at Lofton for the last year and I love it there! The people are nice and friendly, and the work is interesting and challenging. It is a large company that has a lot of opportunities for growth. I enjoy the work. There really isn't anything I dislike about it. I haven't heard of any downsides. I like the fact that we have good benefits and the opportunities for growth are endless. We are doing things that are very important to the company and the customers.
