Second-rate goods, I won't buy any more.

Bottom line: Previously, there was an excellent device, “indestructible”, but now the quality is such that the sales boys believe that all Panasonics whistle and it should be so! I represent these boys in the management department, where there are about 10 sales managers with such whistling phones! No one will be able to work - the whistle alone will stand. The store accepted the phone for verification at the service center, tk. as already described above, they don’t know that Panasonics may not whistle, and they immediately refused to replace the phone with a similar one due to an obvious marriage, this action is up to 20 days, I will return the money, but for now I’m going to buy a new one, but obviously not Panasonic. Specialists (not servicemen) know about the problem of whistling, encountered - they offer for the absence of whistling in the dynamics of bodies. lay cotton wool or foam rubber in his tube to avoid "parasitic self-excitation" + turn down the volume in the tube.

Pros
  • Classic and "solid" appearance, ease of use of the device, number of functions
Cons
  • I bought the device for the office in May 2022. Somewhere in a month or two, he began to beep-whistling when he brought the handset to the lever (at the end of the conversation) (the sound is like - like a microphone pickup from a singer). Three months later, background pickups (hissing, hum) and crackling in the handset during a conversation began to noticeably annoy, especially ref. calls. All this gradually progressed and intensified, until it led to the fact that it became already difficult to use the device during a conversation, the interlocutor could not be heard well, there was a crash, you hang up the phone - it whistles to the whole office. Tel. they checked the line - they called signalmen, consulted with a company engaged in the integration of office automatic telephone exchanges, took out the batteries, reconnected the handset, wires, reconnected other devices to this place, and this one to their place - the verdict is one everyone who took part in the above actions is absolutely sure of a factory defect apparatus. I'll bring it to you. back to the store (a large Hong Kong chain store in Hong Kong), and the claims manager stuns me: - and we have all the Panasonics installed at the store employees whistle like that! In general, complete madness - it turns out that some volumes (possibly large ones, because young boys believe that this is how it should be, they simply have not seen other Panasonics) are already shipped with a marriage!
