Review on VALISY by John Cox

I was very dissatisfied with VALISY's customer service when I bought a kitchen faucet from them lately. There were pieces missing from the faucet when it arrived, and it took customer service a few days to reply to my email. When they did get back to me, all they did was give me a link to a video showing how to install the faucet, which was completely useless. I contacted them again, and the new component arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, the new component was not the right one, so I had to start over. Having gone through what I did, I cannot in good conscience suggest VALISY to anyone in need of prompt, helpful customer service.
